As the Semiconductor Sales Manager for Sprague Electric Company, Steve achieved record sales quotas in the Northeast and developed the most successful marketing campaign for new catalogs.
When Steve took on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing for Vortech Corporation, the company’s sales increased by 300% in 24 months.
As an entrepreneur, Steve has successfully launched several businesses. He founded and developed Waterhouse Communications Newspaper Group, the largest community newspaper in the State of Maine. He also challenged the U.S. Postal Service with the state’s first private mail delivery service.

Cindy Mallard, Consultant
Cindy’s education and background give her a unique perspective that helps businesses dramatically improve their results.
With degrees in Psychology and English and experience in customer service management and franchising, Cindy combines the practical with the theoretical to give a fresh approach to her client’s problems.
Her no-nonsense approach has helped clients in a wide range of industries realize their goals. Her experience ranges from automotive dealers to nursing homes and wholesalers to retailers.
Cindy is the author of numerous articles on leadership, management, franchising and hiring and is a frequent speaker at company events.
She has earned the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE) and is certified in Predictive Index® and Customer-Focused Selling™ as an analyst, trainer and consultant.
Cindy lived in Atlanta for 10 years before moving to Jacksonville and serves Predictive Index® clients in both location.

John DePrima, Consultant
John’s over 25 years of experience in human resources and talent management make him an invaluable asset to our clients.
John has held HR and talent management leadership roles with major companies in the technology, life sciences and education sectors. Before joining Predictive Results, John served as the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources for Keiser University where he became a PI® client.

Mike Neal – Consultant
Mike has proven success building companies into profitable organizations. His decades of experience as a sales manager and entrepreneur enable him to successfully guide our clients to improve their businesses.
Additionally, Mike has been a top producer in sales with companies in publishing, luxury goods and office supplies. As National Sales Manager, he was a part of the management team that developed a niche business product into a multimillion dollar organization, which culminated in its listing on the London Stock Exchange.
As an entrepreneur, Mike set up a company that he grew to be one of the largest distributors of medical supplies in England. As owner and CEO, he was involved with every aspect of the business as he developed it into a multimillion dollar company.

James Wallert, Consultant
Jim’s career in Senior Management, Sales Management, Business Ownership, and Sales Training with all types and sizes of businesses gives him great insight into the everyday challenges of business leaders face.
After receiving his degree in Business and Marketing from Kansas Wesleyan University Jim began his business career in Sears & Roebucks Management Program, working his way through most of the retailer’s departments.
Jim spent several years in the Hardware Distribution business in the Midwest rising from purchasing and sales to become CEO of multiple Companies serving thousands of customers across the central third of the country. During this time Jim completed Graduate programs in Distribution Management at Ohio State University.
Later Jim served as Director of Training for InfoUSA, a $500 million direct marketing information company headquartered in Omaha, NE. He also owned a Management Consulting and Training Company in Omaha providing leadership, management, sales and Personal Development programs to area businesses and sales representatives.
Jim has been in Southwest Florida for the past 5 years working with customers and directing sales representatives in Direct Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Training.

Cynthia Primm is a Senior HR executive with extensive experience partnering with leadership teams of both venture-backed start ups and Fortune 500 Companies, working within a variety of business situations such as joint ventures, acquisitions and mergers. Cynthia has led HR initiatives with global, multi-site organizations with employee populations in multiple countries and working in various industries including new media, healthcare, biotech/specialty pharmacy, distribution and manufacturing, travel and leisure.
