With degrees in Psychology and English and experience in customer service management and franchising, Cindy combines the practical with the theoretical to give a fresh approach to her client’s problems.

Mike Neal, Consultant

Additionally, Mike has been a top producer in sales with companies in publishing, luxury goods and office supplies. As National Sales Manager, he was a part of the management team that developed a niche business product into a multi-million dollar organization, which culminated in its listing on the London Stock Exchange.
As an entrepreneur, Mike set up a company that he grew to be one of the largest distributors of medical supplies in England. As owner and CEO, he was involved with every aspect of the business as he developed it into a multi-million dollar company.

Cindy Moran, Consultant
Cindy’s 20+ years of experience and expertise in Learning and Development spans a variety of industries, including sales, healthcare, call center, financial, fitness, wholesale supply and non-profit. Her personal goal is to maximize the potential of the individual and the organization for growth, and she has guided companies both large and small through organizational change.
Cindy’s education includes a BA in Philosophy/Business from Villanova University and graduate work in Philosophy at Penn State University. Rhonda Holloway, Consultant
Rhonda is devoted to helping organizations optimize people processes to achieve their business goals. With an emphasis on early talent development and sales operations, she is an expert in understanding how to effectively assess, select and develop talent in order to drive down recruiting costs, grow sales and build future leadership.
Rhonda started her Predictive Index career as a client/analyst with SAP where she was known as a “Dot Connector”, that systemic thinker with an intuitive sense of understanding how all of the (often complex) pieces fit together, Rhonda built an impressive career of more than 17 years with the company rapidly progressing within the IT and Sales organizations. In 2011, she leveraged her passion for early talent development to build SAP Academy, to attract and develop college graduates throughout the country. Three years and over 100 extraordinary hires later, she successfully reinvigorated the company’s image among early career seekers and influenced a cultural shift that nurtured and challenged these future leaders. Bob Gravely’s extensive professional career spans 30+ years and 10 industries ranging from insurance to stem cell technologies. Bob has served as owner/operator, COO, CSO, CMO and VP of sales and marketing.
He spent five years as a CEO coach, mentor and navigator working with The Executive Achievement Model (TEAM) helping CEO team members navigate critical business challenges. Jason is the President/CEO of QM Resources dedicated to corporate consulting with strong expertise in Human Resources, Executive Management, and Sales. Jason has depth in distribution and retail focused organizations due to a 20 year career at Iberia Tiles. Heather is a super-charged consultant who delivers results.
After completing her degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Heather entered the Army as a Lieutenant and graduated from both the U.S. and French paratrooper schools. During her service, she served on two combat tours in Iraq leading supply convoys and also spent a year as director of human resources for over 400 employees. In 2007, Heather left the Army after reaching the rank of Captain.
